    I Tried To Wing It

    Oh boy, this revitalized knitting journey is just not going my way.  I was confused about one of the symbols so I researched it, only to find myself not understanding the explanation of the symbols meaning.  So I did what I normally would and just winged it.     My art journal is slowly evolving into a reflection of my life. Very s-l-o-w-l-y.  If you flipped through it today, you would find it teeming with unfinished sketches, partially painted pages, and splotchy areas that were my attempt to fix an uh-oh. Throughout this experience so far, I would have to say that having an art journal is fun. On the flip side, it is very time consuming (or I make it time consuming) and this will probably be my last art journal for a very long time once I’m finished.       Garden Spells by Sarah Addison Allen Picture source is from yours truly: Life As Liz I think it is safe to say that, Sarah Addison Allen, is now one of my favorite authors.  So far I have read two of her books, and recently started my third.  I can’t help it; They suck me in!     Me coming home with new journals is no surprise in my household, mainly because I have written in journals since I was a wee one.  I have filled many, many, books.  I’ve even written a real book!
